Equipment Rental

JERSEY AND GAME SOCK (MITES AND SQUIRTS ONLY)

  • Jerseys and/or game socks will be distributed prior to team photos or the first game.
  • The jerseys and socks are for game use only.
  • One pair of game socks will be provided free of charge. Additional pairs may be purchased from the Equipment Manager for $25.
  • A game sock order form will be distributed to parents/guardians prior to team photos or the first game. Parents/guardians are responsible for selecting the correct sock size.

EQUIPMENT RETURN

  • Equipment return will occur at the end of the season on a date and time set by the Equipment Manager.
  • Failure to return equipment within 7 days will result in the rental check being cashed.
  • The Equipment Manager will make two attempts to contact the parent/guardian to arrange an alternate return.

JERSEY RETURN

  • Jerseys will be collected at the final practice or parent/kid game and are due on the scheduled equipment return day.
  • Failure to return jerseys within 7 days will result in a $100 fee, deducted from the deposit check or invoiced to the parent/guardian.
  • Failure to return a jersey at the end of the season will result in the player being prohibited from participating in games or tournaments in the following season until the original jersey is returned.
  • If a player advances to a new level, all previous jerseys must be returned before a new jersey is issued for the current season.
