Equipment Rental

JERSEY AND GAME SOCK (MITES AND SQUIRTS ONLY)

Jerseys and/or game socks will be distributed prior to team photos or the first game.
The jerseys and socks are for game use only.
One pair of game socks will be provided free of charge. Additional pairs may be purchased from the Equipment Manager for $25.
A game sock order form will be distributed to parents/guardians prior to team photos or the first game. Parents/guardians are responsible for selecting the correct sock size.

Equipment return will occur at the end of the season on a date and time set by the Equipment Manager.
Failure to return equipment within 7 days will result in the rental check being cashed.
The Equipment Manager will make two attempts to contact the parent/guardian to arrange an alternate return.

Jerseys will be collected at the final practice or parent/kid game and are due on the scheduled equipment return day.
Failure to return jerseys within 7 days will result in a $100 fee, deducted from the deposit check or invoiced to the parent/guardian.
Failure to return a jersey at the end of the season will result in the player being prohibited from participating in games or tournaments in the following season until the original jersey is returned.
If a player advances to a new level, all previous jerseys must be returned before a new jersey is issued for the current season.
